As the owner/manger of McPhail Travel (Pembina) for 11 years, Doug is proud to lead his team of hard working agents into the fast changing travel industry. Doug has over 20 years experience in the industry with a wide repertoire of travel destination experiences. His travels include Australia, Hong Kong, China, England, Hawaii, Mexico, the Caribbean, and numerous Canadian and American destinations.

Vern Smith, CTC

Vern has spent over 20 years in management and sales positions within the travel agency industry. Prior to that he spent 17 years with CP Air in the sales and marketing department. His travel experiences have taken him to many major cities in Canada, USA, Jamaica, Antigua, Tobago, and to the British Virgin Islands in the Caribbean. He has visited England numerous times and has made trips to Scotland, Wales, and Ireland.  His European travels include Holland, Denmark, Portugal, Spain, Italy, and Greece. He has also visited Japan, Hong Kong, Bangkok, Singapore, Hawaii, Fiji, New Zealand, and Australia. Vern Welcomes you to McPhail Travel!

 

 

Carol Acland

Carol has been involved in the travel industry for the last 20 years with Air Canada in Winnipeg and Calgary, and as a travel agent in the industry in Manitoba and Alberta.  Carol’s travels include California, Florida, Nevada, Hawaii, Barbados, Grenada, Hawaii, Great Britain, Greece, Europe, and most recently Australia and Biloxi.  Carol looks forward to hearing from you and assisting you with your travel plans!

 

 

 

Sarah Jones

Sarah is a recent graduate from the Robertson Career College Travel Counsellor Program.  Although Sarah is new to the travel industry, she has travelled throughout the United States, Mexico, Jamaica, the Cayman Islands, and in the Caribbean.  Sarah looks forward to meeting you and arranging your next travel excursion!

Corinna joins her husband at McPhail Travel with nine years experience in the education field.  She is presently an office consultant with expertise in the computer and communications areas.  As the travel industry leaps ahead with technology, Corinna keeps McPhail Travel updated with the latest changes.
