Travel (Pembina). On certain occasions, nightly accommodations may be
changed and alternate properties or rooms used.

or to property, resulting from any delay, substitution or deficiency of
quality of equipment or service, or any act, omission, negligence or
commission of any party supplying any of the services or accommodation herein,

loss, damage, or injury, whether physical or mental arising there from, or
from any cause that arises by reason of actions of parties other than McPhail
Travel (Pembina). We reserve the right to refuse any booking and decline
any passengers as a member of these tours at any time.
Schedule changes may occur, and
in that event, McPhail Travel (Pembina) reserves the right to make any changes
in plans which may be necessary due to local conditions or which may add to
the comfort and well being of the group. McPhail Travel (Pembina) is not
responsible for providing overnight accommodation or alternate transportation
in the event of bus or air schedules do not connect with our departure or
return times.
All Products and Services
contained in the McPhail Travel (Pembina) Web Site are priced for Winnipeg
Departures only. Please contact a McPhail Travel (Pembina)
Representative for the price on alternate city departures.
Identification:
Canadian Citizens traveling outside of Canada require proof of identity and
residence - photo identification, birth certificate or passport (driver's
license may not be accepted). Landed Immigrants should carry landing
papers or proper visas. Visitors from other countries are responsible to
supply proper Passports / Visas. McPhail Travel (Pembina) cannot be held
responsible for passengers being prevented from entering foreign countries.
